urgent help needed FSA recall error - the remote storage service was not able to recall the file

Urgently need help to troubleshoot and resolve this.  we get this error when opening a file from our file server "he remote storage service was not able to recall the file"

This happens on one of the nodes a of a 2 node windows 2003r2 MSCS cluster. The FSA services are running fine and we can failover gracefully on both nodes. However this happens on one node and thus our HA is impacted. We have a urgent maintenance tonight and we did issue we do not have redundancy.

We are on EV 7.5 sp4 and far as we know there were no changes done recently to the server and everything has been running for almost 3 years now. Thanks in advance.

If there is anything this urgent, always call support and a sev1d and be prepared to be able to fail over to test and troubleshoot

was troubleshooting unfortunately our VSA account was "sealed" and we could not get emergency access to it - has to wait till tomorrow.meanwhile we noticed alot of Event ID 20491  and we kept getting unexpected error occurred error mssages this time while opening /retrieving files.

Support was unable to help w/o the VSA account. So till tomorrow

fyi - this was resolved by re-installing the fsa agent on the passive node. You have to stop the cluster service on the problem node before doing the uninstall and install
