I have a router where the username and password have long been lost, and would like to reset it for use around the office. I've tried looking online, finding what I thought to be the manual for my device, and it indicated that I should unplug the device, flip the first DIP switch to off, plug in the device, wait 4 seconds, turn off the DIP switch, turn back on, and then back off again. This did nothing and the router booted normally. is there a reason this does not do anything? Anything I am missing?
