I am experiencing major headaches managing my Policies since going to 6.5.2
Every time I want to go into a policy (double-click) it takes about 10-20 secs then comes back with 'unable to find data classifications' then waits about 10-20 secs and comes back with unable to find storage lifecycles information then another 10-20 seconds. When it eventually comes back with the policy config dialog, if I change the Storage Unit, the Volume Pool is automatically defaults back to the 'NetBackup' named pool. I am unable make a choice from the Volume Pool selection either, I have to manually type the pool in.
I was caught out when I did a multiple change, but even on a single policy change both these things happen. I dont have any storage lifecycle definitions or data classifications.
Can I switch these off. Or do I need to set them up as a new requirement for 6.5.2
Please share your experiences or fixes/workaround for this problem.
HPUX 11.21 Master / NetBackup 6.5.2
Windows XP SP2 / NBAC 6.5.2

what console are you using.
if using the java - did you do the java upgrade as well?
if using remote console on your pc did you upgrade that as well?
make sure your console is at the same level as the software.

Try uninstalling java, reboot your machine, install and boot again, windows is just about that...
