Accelerator and backups status code 1

Hi,

I have activated Backup Accelerator on many backups. But, with one of my clients, the full backup finish with the code 1. When the next incremental backup starts, it makes a full backup because of the code 1.

Have you got a solution to ignore this open files and this code 1 please ?

you should get the status code of the job as 0 to use the Accelerator feature.

try to fix the status code 1, and make it as 0

and to fix the status code 1

what is the OS of the client?

post the detail status of the job

Thank you for your help. My OS is a Windows Server 2003 and it's a filer. The open files change all days. It's a filer with 4To and more 5 millions files. Do I reach the limit of Accelerator ? Lln
