bpbkar looks OK, status = 0. bpresolver has reference to Enterprise Vault. Not recommended to run both on one server. But let's put that aside for now. You still have SharePoint setup/permissions issue:
02:10:45.267 [4972.1456] <4> ubs_GetSPSv2Topology: directive <Microsoft SharePoint Resources:\*> could not properly be resolved
...
02:10:45.298 [4972.1456] <16> bpresolver_main(): bpresolver could not resolve the passed directive set.
02:10:45.298 [4972.1456] <4> bpresolver_main(): INF - RESOLVER END WORKLIST 2
02:10:45.298 [4972.1456] <4> bpresolver_main(): INF - EXIT STATUS 2
I would open a support case if you cannot determine where the trouble lies.

Please start at the beginning...
What does Sharepoint config look like? Single all-in-one server or various components spread across different machines?
Have you verified permissions and Service Logon as per the documentation?

Hello Marianne, apparently Sharepoint everything is configured on a server, is allowed with the netbackup services and configured the User Domain.
12-04-2012 06:06 AM
Can you confirm that ALL of the permissions have been verified as per http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH48260 ?
And each point in Configuration Checklist http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH148598 has been confirmed/verified?

I checked the permissions and version performed the steps above but the error persists. This can be done?

Still getting this?
'Microsoft SharePoint Resources' Failed! (0xE00084AF:The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.
I suggest opening a support case with Symantec to sort it out.

Where is the bpbkar log from the SharePoint server? The bpresolver log above seems to be from an Enterprise Vault server. Please post as an attachment rather than copying text into your post.
I am hoping they (SP and EV) are not the samer server, per Article URL http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO61079
For demonstration systems you can install Enterprise Vault and SharePoint on the same computer. This configuration is not recommended for production purposes.
