Backup failed after showing successfully but it is not backing up data

Hi BUDY,

We are facing one problem when we are initiate the backup it complete in few seconds 4-5 seconds and successful, but in actual it is not taking any backup, we are taking the backup of database(oracle)

Please suggest

We have veritas netbackup 6.5.1 enterprise version having one master server one media server and few clients

Are you taking the backup using a script or template?
If script, check the script to see if everything is correct. If template, create a new template again.
If it was working before, have you made any changes?


A few logs to check on the oracle client:

bphdb
bpdbsbora
dbclient
bpcd

it was working fine earlier and running on script but after 31st March it started backup only in 4-5 Sec .

When did you first notice this  ? (  following an upgrade  )
what are you backing up ?     
Is a  client backup ?
Do you experience this on FULL or INC's backups
Have you checked the  logs files  ? 
( bpbkar on the client -  bpbrm and bptm or bpdm on the media server)
You need to provide more information

We have noticed 2-3 days back.We are taking a backup of sap archive
yes it is client backup other details i am giving in few minutes

How do You take this Oracle backup, utilitizing RMAN or begin backup mode? What do You get on the brtools while trying to perform backup?
is backint link in the correct place? this policy is a SAP type or standard?

We are taking the backup using RMAN. All script are fine. bphdb logs shows successfull. We are taking SAP backup. The full database backup is running fine but the only problem is in archived backup.
