Backup of Exchange Mailboxes failing 'Unable to successfully enumerate folder'

While taking backup of Exchange mailboxes I am getting:
 
2/18/2008 2:24:16 PM - Warning bpbrm(pid=2044) from client store1.services.bbkonline.com: WRN - unable to successfully enumerate folder: Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes:\
 
Backup is completed with status 'partially completed. (status 1)'.
 
I am unable to resolve this. Please help.

Further to my posting,
 
I am unable to find a proper resolution to the above error. I read on Symantec support site the workaround for this is 'Turn off Single Instance Store for mailbox backups'. I am unable to understand this means and what action to take i.e. how to turn off SIS. I also read on Symantec site that this bug is fixed in NBU 5.0MP6. I am using NBU 6.0MP4. So I should not impacted by this but I am getting this error.
 
What is the solution? Please help.

This issue is resolved.
 
The solution provided by Symantec 'to turn off the SIS' does not solve the problem. Instead changing the 'Log On As' of NetBackup Client Service on client machine solved it.
