Cluster Shared Volume Backup in progress Redirected access

plz help I got in my hyper-v cluster shared volume this:

Backup in progress  Redirected acces

 

I stop netbackup services but this is not affect any thing. what i can do

to kill this backup or fix this problem.

I have the same issue.

Restarting the backup exec services solve the problem for one volume but not for the other.

I have got another solution ?
