Custom Report Feature in Veritas NetBackup Operations Manager ver. 6.5.3

Hi All,
Would appreciate your kind assistance in meeting my requirement.

We are using Veritas NOM ver. 6.5.3 for our daily backups. We generate custom report to share with our internal team.
The parameters captured in the report are as mentioned below, however we also add a further parameter named "Exit Status Message" in our report.
The data for "Exit Status Message" is captured manually using the Exit Status Code reference link.

We would like to know if there is any feature available while selecting custom parameters so that this "Exit Status Message" is also captured automatically.

Do you email your report ?

Yes, we do have scheduled the report to be emailed to our respective mail account.
We dont mind to do it manually of can get the desired fields in the report.
