Deamons don't start

Hello, the daemons nbatd, nbazd, nbjm, nbkms, nbpem, spad, and spoold stopped  after running the following commands:

netbackup stop

/opt/VRTSpbx/bin/vxpbx_exchanged stop

           Stopped Symantec Private Branch Exchange

/opt/VRTSpbx/bin/vxpbx_exchanged start

          Started Symantec Private Branch Exchange

netbackup start

Please help!

r u logged in as a root ?

Please show us output of netbackup start. And afterwards bpps -x What happened before? Why did you need to stop and start NBU?

You forgot to answer these questions:

What happened before? Why did you need to stop and start NBU?

At this point your quickest solution will be to open a support call.

admin log will be needed as well as unified logs for processes that are clearly trying to start but for some reason unable to.

Admin and bprd log for starters would be the place to look. Perhaps you had an evaluation license that has now expired and restarting daemons has reset the license.

Did you have any disk full issues hence why you restarted? As Marianne has mentioned, we need to know why you stopped and started the daemons??

Try changing USE_VXSS = prohitbited in bp.conf and retry.
