Duplication failure 6.5.3

I just upgraded from 6.5.1 to 6.5.3 today and was trying to duplicate an image and got this error every time I attempt it:

2/16/2009 2:40:39 PM - Error bptm(pid=7988) Could not open file Global\NetBackup Media Manager SHM Info Path vchhome02_1199054955_copy-1_2 to get shared memory information, The system cannot find the file specified.

Other duplication jobs run fine.

It's a 6.5.3's bug. You have to consult Symantec support to get EEB.
