Image cleanup failing with 23 status

Master server running on Redhat Linux 6.2 and netbackup version is 6.5.6

we have image cleanup failing with 23. could  you please help me on same

Here is the try logs output

Anything in bpdbm log ?

I suspect the issue will be name resolution related.

Run nbdba -phase 2 from the master and fix any servers that have issues in the xx-progress report.  The output of nbdna logs is given on the screen when it finishes running.

Any media server that has been decommissioned?

bpdbm log on the master server will show us.
If log folder does not exist, please create it and restart NBU.

PS: Any reason why you are still on 6.5? Support for this version ended more than a year ago...

This master is not taking any production backups, it is alive to serve any restore reqests.
