I have Netbackup 7.0 server installed on a Solaris server and Netbackup 7.0 client installed only on Solaris clients. The only software I have is what I downloaded:
nb_7.0_solaris_sparc64_1.of.3.tar
nb_7.0_solaris_sparc64_2.of.3.tar
nb_7.0_solaris_sparc64_3.of.3.tar
Does anyone know of a way of installing the Windows client from these files vice the media kit? I no longer have any version of the Windows DVD from the media kit.
thanks in advance,
rick

You can use the same serial # on your license key certificate to access the Windows files on FileConnect.
The files that you need to download are:
NetBackup_7.0_Win_GA-zip.1of2
NetBackup_7.0_Win_GA-zip.2of2
NetBackup_7.0_Win_GA_README.txt

No Windows stuff on your Solaris downloads, I'm afraid. You'll need to head over to FileConnect and get the Windows client there.

Good luck!
