Log and pass for NOM

Dear all,

i have an issue with NOM (Netbackup Operation Manager):
i've well installed it (it's seems so).
when i lauch NOM, my browser well lauch the authentificaton page of NOM, and i want to log me but i don't success.

when i choose "Domaine : my_serveur_NOM" and i try to log me with the NOM pass (define in the installation of NOM" i have the following message:

"Could not connect to the server.
Please verify the below services are running
1. VxAT server (latest shipped version)
2. Database service "

if i choose an other domaine i have an other message:

"User authentication failed. The user name/password are invalid for the selected domain."

i have the  6.5.6 version of NOM. My server is a windows 2003.
to install NOM i've made:

install of NBU 6.5
install of NBU upgrade 6.5.6
install of VxAT was ever made.
install of NOM 6.5
install of NOM upgrade 6.5.6

the version.txt of NBU give me:
HARDWARE Windows x86
VERSION NetBackup 6.5

the version.txt of NOM give me:
HARDWARE Windows x86
VERSION NetBackup Operations Manager 6.5.6

i've installeed it under D:\logiciel\veritas
so i have under this:
Netbackup\
NetBackup Operations Manager\
Patch\
VRTSweb\

does it miss me something?

i don't understand why i cant log me ???
where is define this login/password? which step?

i've made the installation of VxAT without root+atbroker (i've no authentification define on my network for NBU) so i've let the default choice, but i've read that the default pass was : root password : RootPass . What about the login associate?

if someone could help me, please :)

Please try to login with the default credential:-

User name:- admin
Password:- Vxadmin

sorry but it's doesn't work, i've tried with all the domain suggested, but no one work.
I think i've to unistall all and reinstall all :(

can someone could summarize me the install of NOM 6.5.6, with all of his components, on a windows 2003 server, with nothing install yet, please?
i sould forget something important but i don't see what.

when i install NetBackup at the beggining, i install the "NetBackup Administration Console" at the step 2 of the installation (i have choice between "Netbackup Master server", "Netbackup Media serveur" and this one).
could it the birth of my issue?

Please refer to the following steps to install NOM:-


On NOM server:-

-----------------------
1) First install Client

2) Install Authentication services

3) Install NOM

4) Then try to login with default credential.
