Hello everyone,
I'm using Flashbackup-windows policy type for VM backups (off host backup, no VCB). Everything works fine, but there are few VMs that have almost 10TB provision space each :(.
Easiest way is to backup whole VM, but it is very very long :). If I can write on more tapes simultaneously it will be better . Is there any way to split/write single VM backup into 2 or more drives ?
Ok, in (for example) file system backup I just say:
folder1
NEW_STREAM
folder2
...
But in VM backup is just one directive ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES, so is it possible to split this into more streams/drives ?
Env.:Netbackup 7.1, W2008R2, vSphere 5
Thanks

I believe you can only do this for VCB backups - but that has the TB limit on the temporary storage which wouldn't work for you either - so catch 22 i am afraid

It's good to know that this is not the right way :)
Thanks
