 just want to know reliability of NBU 7.7 has anyone installed and use it is it woth to upgrade to 7.7?

NBU 7.7 is still in BETA and has not yet been released as GA.

I'm also surprised we didn't have an official announcement here on Connect (that I can find), but this link was tweeted out this morning:

Thanks for the confirmation Chris! I could only find Compatibility Guides and manuals earlier today. We have not yet received upgrade notification ( which is normally fairly quick ) so, I started to doubt if it was really released... ;)

1-Is Replication Director and NetApp built-in product in NetBackup 7.7 or is it 3rd party utility?

2-Off the topic . can anyone post a step-by-step How-to configure AIR and replication

1) Yes, it's built in.

2) It's probably true that no one can give you a step-by-step process for your environment, because each environment is different.  However, these may help you with NetBackup AIR:
