I have server which running in Solaris 10 operating system. it has only one HBA with two ports.
In the same server i have configured LDOM with 1 control domain 3 guest domain.
Installed Media server package on the control domain and control domain backup is running through SAN.

Control domain and guest domain is completely different OS instance, and there are no way except network interfaces to route backups between domains.
Using Solaris 11's NPIV support, you can share one physical FC port between multiple domains on same physical machine. But Solaris 10 can not, and this does not mean you can direct backup data from guest domain to control domain. With NPIV, you just may be able to configure disk media servers on guest domains.
In addition to above, I'm not sure if SAN devices configured with NPIV is supported by NetBackup.
