Netbackup 7.0.1 & Exchange 2010 GRT unable to restore (5)

Hi

Wondered if anyone else had run into this problem?  I am backing up an Exchange 2010 server with Netbackup 7.0.1 using GRT.  The backup completes successfully but on restore I receive the following message 'the restore failed to recover the requested files (5)' 

I have made sure the client access server is installed on the exchange server and also made sure the backup account has the correct management roles applied.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Status 5 is a generic restore error.

Please share more info - info in Activity Monitor Details tab is a start, followed by the restore log in 'View Status' tab of BAR GUI.

Is 7.0.1 patch installed on NBU server as well as Exchange Client?

This error

"ERR - unable to create object for restore: ..........., rai error = 17 "

is similar to errors described in this TN: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH130127

If 7.0.1 is already installed on the client, please ensure that you have all the log directories mentioned in this doc. You will need the logs to open a support call with Symantec...

Thanks for your reply, master server and exchange client are on 7.0.1 so I will open a support call.
