Hi,
My client is using 7.0.1 and have problems on deleting expired images.
Went through the log shows "Cleanup job exited because parent process died."
I found a Tech aritcle saying that it is a bpdbm bug : TECH156609 but I cannot find the suggested solution about the bpdbm bundle ET2275079.
Can anyone please show me some light?
Thank you in advance.

Are you on Windows? This MAY be the issue resolved in the single issue hotfix found in this TechNote:
However, the truth is that everything in the bundle you've referenced (which you do have to call and open a support case to request) was fixed many, many versions ago (7.1) and you really shouldn't still be at 7.0.1. We'd really like you at 7.5.0.5, but if that isn't possible, 7.1.0.4.

You have to call Symantec to get this one. Also it is recommended to update the NBU to latest patch/release which will resolve your issue and many more which were in 7.0.1. There were lot of bugs in this one.

I am VERY late to this party....
If you haven't upgraded yet, the following may help you in the meantime.
Found this in 7.0.1 Late Breaking News: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH139092
(ET2106924) <<Fix Downloadable>> Duplications fail with a Status Code 191/233/44, Image expiration also does not occur on Windows Master servers
