Netbackup 7.1 Exchange 2010 DAG backup error

Hello Everybody

First of all thanks so much for all the support that you are gaving to me during my Exchange migration.

We are testing the contingency environment for the Exchange 2010 so we just turned off my 2 active servers in the HQ and changed the Datacenter server to work as Active and not passive. After i did this configuration the backup job just report to me an error (Bellow) that cannot connect to the server and just finish the job process. I need to now what kind of configuration i should change on the Policy that when this environment is up the backup continue working. Is there any limitation that when one or more servers on DAG are disconnect the backup does not work? At this moment i just have 1 server working on active at Datacenter and the other 2 servers here in HQ are off.

5/8/2013 1:51:57 PM - started process bpbrm (9168)
5/8/2013 1:53:47 PM - Error bpbrm(pid=9168) Cannot connect to saodag001.mercury.intra
5/8/2013 1:53:47 PM - Info bpbrm(pid=9168) saodag001.mercury.intra is the host to restore data
5/8/2013 1:53:52 PM - Info (pid=0) done. status: 58: can't connect to client
Status 26

Thanks folks

Do normal network troubleshooting:

Confirm that firewall ports (1556 and 13724) are open in both directions between server and client.

Test forward and reverse name lookup between server and client:
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH27430
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH50198

Test connectivity as follows:

Create bpcd log folder on Exchange server under <install-path>\veritas\netbackup\logs

Run the following from cmd on the media server (<install-path>\veritas\netbackup\bin\admincmd):
bptestbpcd -client saodag001.mercury.intra -verbose -debug

Please post output as well as Client's bpcd log file.
(Copy log file to bpcd.txt and post as File attachment.)
