Netbackup 7.1 MS SharePoint 2010 error 114

Hi all, I have a problem in a backup job of Sharepoint 2010;

I have a master server win2003 SP2, sharepoint frontend server win2008 R2 and backend server SQL win2008 R2, I did has all steps on link below,

But when run job it runs about two minutes and stop on this error 

unimplemented error code 114(114)

Can anybody help me?

My problem was solved with fix NBU 7.1.0.4.
