Hi,
We are useing Symantec Netbackup 7.6.0.1 and our team member is login on Netbackup master server with his own AD\user id.
Netbackup master server OS: Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit)
I have enabled the netbackup auditing services for verify the netbackup logs.
But all logs is shwoing with user id Administrator (As per below logs for exp.)

07/23/15 09:19:20 Administrator@masterNBU Job (91685) was deleted
07/23/15 09:06:50 Administrator@masterNBU State of Disk Volume 'PureDiskVolume' of Disk Group 'cdesvtor001nb_diskpool' was updated
07/23/15 09:06:34 Administrator@masterNBU Job (91286) was deleted
In this logs indusual user id not showing.
How to configure netbackup authontication, that will catpured indusual netbackup activity logs and I will closely montor the Who is changes and what?
Also I will plan to install Netbackup console client on indusual after that no one need to login Master server RDP. They will use his own PC install software for monitor the netbackup jobs.

You have to use NBAC (NetBackup Access Control) if you wish to get the actual user level as opposed to Admin/ root.
See the NetBackup Security and Encryption Guide for documentation and steps.
