Netbackup Archive Jobs

Hi all,

I work in Netbackup 5.1 environment, where we run nearly thousands of Archive jobs per day.

Is there any command to know the status of all the Archive jobs..I mean in one command...

I tried,

bpdbjobs | grep "schedule name", however output had Archive and Online jobs, as the schedule name is common for most of the policies.

Please suggest a solution.

Thanks and Regards,

.Jayaram Balasubramanian.

If you have specific policies for you archive jobs then you could add a keyword to each of those policies (on the attributes tab of the policy) and then use that keyword as your search item when filtering the logs

Hope this helps

you need to find what is unique in your archive jobs...

so what is unique for your archive jobs?

policy name?

client name?

Storage unit?

media server?

if you dont fine the unique valules , you will end of with multiple results..

if you are not able to find this, show us the outout of bpdbjobs  and what are the things you are looking to have as output. so that we may try to help you..
