Netbackup SAN Agent Installation Interrupted 6.5.4

Hello Guys,

I'm trying to perform an installation of NBU 6.5 on my Windows 2003 x64 SP2 Box, but during the process I get and error that the installation has been aborted.

I tried the technotes where I had to register scrrun.dll; still no success.

Found the following errors:

I have also attached the entire installation log file and a screenshot for reference .

Guys do let me know for a workaround.

Are you using the correct 64-bit installation media?

64-bit media was released with 6.5.2.

This CD image provides support for Veritas NetBackup (tm) servers and clients  
only on Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 Server Core x64 platforms, and for new
installs on Windows 2003 x64 platforms.

We have used the same setup for x64bit Windows Server 2k3 in earlier installation and it was successful.
