I've got this MS cluster of two W2k3 servers and it's the last Netbackup upgrade left...ugh...
I can't find any details in forums, KB or at Microsoft but my assumption is to log onto one or both the cluster systems, run the netbackup media server install to upgrade to the next version, then just confirm it is installed on the actual physical systems?
any ideas?

What version of Netbackup are you migrating from/to?
You will want to look at the High Availibility Administrator's guide for the version you are migrating to (it should be online and on the documentation cd). Sorry I don't have the link.
In the 6.5 edition, it says to do the following to upgrade from 6.0:
1. Shut down Netbackup
2. Install Netbackup normally on the active node
3. Push the install to each inactive node
4. Start up Netbackup

Upgrade from ver 5.0 to 5.1mp5 so we can use our master at 6.0 to manage this older cluster...
I actually tried the steps you mentioned... active node first, but the upgrade would failed at the type of installation...it greyed out the master and media server choices and only had the netbackup cluster choice which I didn't want to even try with ms cluster...guess it's going to be tech support call...trying to clean someone else's work...
