Let me add some more explanations..

on Client server Windows 2008 R2 64 bit..so netbackup also 64 bit

Here Oracle 10 with 32 bit .we suppose purpose of the error is this..

Do you have an experience similar to this issue???

yes. on machine 32-bit Oracle..on 64 bit windows.

Instead rman backup (Oracle ) if we use Standart type  for backup archive logs, It would work ??

32bit Oracle on 64bit Windows is not supported as Nagalla pointed out.

And no standard type backup will not work with archive backup because it does not integrate with RMAN and its recover catalog. You may be able to backup the archive log but they will not be removed and Oracle has no idea of where the archive log are located.

Best fix is to use 64bit Oracle.
