Problem in NetBackup Administration Console

Hi ,

   My netbackup master server 6.5 is Hanging when i try to open Administration Console and click on "activity monitor",and i received the following msg:

((((((((Unable to connect to the Enterprise Media Manager server : "My server"))))))))

Note:

1. OS : win2k3 with sp2 r2

2. NetBackup 6.5

3. The server is master server

With a default configuration NetBackup requires name resolution.

Is the master server's name registered in DNS and with a reverse lookup?  If not add hosts file entries.

can you run the nbemmcmd to see if you can connect with your emm DB? is your java GUI working? try this two first and let us know.

You can restart netbackup daemons with bupup and bpdown  command

If nothing starts at all, then you're probably missing a product license key.

Look in <install>\NetBackup\logs\admin\<latest log file>

...for messages re lack of license key(s).

The DOS/cmd command line "bpminlicense" command can be used whilst NetBackup is down - i.e. NetBackup does not have to be up to administer license keys.  Use "-add_keys" to add your key(s) if you need to.

If you are sure your keys are good, then is there anything in the Windows Event Logs?  Anything in any other NetBackup logs?  Did you create all the logging folders with "mklogdir.bat"?

              I run the nbemmcmd -errorsdb and the Result:
