Knarra,
you need to understand the Netbackup and the messages what it is trying to say..
unless you dont understand what it is trying to say.. there is nothing you can do...
as Marianne said... its started successfully... not completed
why dont you look into the activity moniter and look into the jobs about the job running status if you understand the symbels (blue boy, green boy)

So what exactly is not working for you? Which step of the procedure failed?
We need to see results of your attempt to follow the process.
Please tell us exact steps that you have followed and show us the text in Results tab of the Catalog screen.

Yes, we can see the screenshot.
Please show us results of Phase 1 import.
The results of Phase 1 will tell us what search criteria to use before attempting Phase 2.

Hi This is phase 1 result

So phase 1 is not compleated...
look into the activity moniter for the import job and see the status of it...
check if that is still active or done.
post the detail status of the job also if possible..

"Initiation ... was successful"
This means phase 1 import has started. It did not complete.
When you perform imports, do not close the NBU Admin console or close the Remote Desktop session.
It will kill the import.

Please understand that there is a difference between Initiation and Completion.
Initiation ... means that the import has started. It has not finished or completed.
Which part of this is unclear?
Have you checked the job in Activity Monitor?
Please copy all the text in the Details tab and paste here.
Did you understand what I was trying to say about NOT closing the GUI or Remote Desktop while doing Import?
