Status code 230

Talk to server owner of the client in deleted policy to find out if there are any scripts that is started by cron or any other kind of task scheduler.

NBU master is receiving a backup request from a client that contains a policy name.
This can be a database script or user backup script.

So "backup-files-ora" is the policy being call and no schedule is available

This i would think is being called directly from that client ... as Marianne says you need to check with you Oracle DBA to get them to stop their scripts or to change the policy name to match what you currently have

I agree with Mark

In screen dump two - user is ora8i member of group dba. Schedule i *NULL* meaning the dba did not specify any schedule

A dba is trying to start a backup manual.
