Hi,

Can any one help me to understand the diffrerence between the SCAN and SGSCAN command both are NBU command...?

What are the OS level command to check the visibility of the devices?

Tape library/ Drives visible from OS level and lost connectivity from NBU level how to trouble shoot it?

Please give some links to undertsand the device configuration infromation..

Device Config Guide is a good starting point:

Please read through the Solaris chapter. It contains OS and NBU commands.

To understand the difference bewteen scan and sgscan, run the commands and see the difference in output.

I started reading the Device config guide..

Looking help on  drives/library lost the connectivity from NBU and are visible from OS how to troubleshoot to get back them in NBU
