Hi,
VM backup getting failed with error code 63 and getting the error message "process was killed by a signal(63)"
But Snapshot getting created with out any issues.
Mater server - 7.6.0.1
Offhost server - 7.6.0.1
VM Version - 8

Ensure that the Netbackup client software version matches the master and media server.
A kill signal means that another process has killed your backup process. You will get this error using the "kill" command.
More information about where the error occured would be required to troubleshoot.

It's VM client, so NetBackup client not installed. But Master and Offhost server versions are same.

Did you update VMWare tools within the client?

Please show us all text in Details tab of failed job.
Also tell us more about the 'Offhost server '.
Is this the Backup Host?
OS on this server?
Media server as well or a different media server?
VMware transport method?

Offhost server - Redhart Linux - NB version - 7.6.0.1 - This is Vmware Backup Host.

No, We didn't Killed the Backup job manually and Backup of this client getting failed for past two weeks continuously.

It could be a network card issue. Please check for OS updates on the VMWare backup host. NIC performance tuning settings can be modified to create more stable network connections.

What does the 'vssadmin list writers' command show?
If it shows any errors or is not stable, this could be your issue
