VSS Error in Event Viewer

I am getting errors that show up in the event viewer under Application that reads like this.

Source: VSS
Event ID: 12292

With the following description:

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Error creating the Shadow Copy Provider COM class with CLSID {65ee1dba-8ff4-4a58-ac1c-3470ee2f376a} [0x80080005].

This happens every night when the backups run in clusters, but I see no errors in Netbackup for any jobs that ran. Anyone have any ideas on this?

If its server 2003, install the VSS rollup patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940349 (REBOOT REQUIRED)
