find the drpkg file and run the following command. It will ask for the passphrase and report if it is correct
nbhostidentity -testpassphrase -infile xxxxxxx_xxxxxxxx_FULL.drpkg

On UNIX systems, the directory path to this command is /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/
On Windows systems, the directory path to this command is install_path\NetBackup\bin\admincmd\

the error is coming the nbhostidentity is not recognized. when I run the above in the command @StefanosM
