Hi,
In the Problems report, there are endless lists of error messages,'duplicate exited with status 213'
I'm running Windows server 2008 on the master server, NBU 7.0. Currently, no duplication jobs are being processed; there are red Xs under job ID.
Does anyone have any suggestions to correct the problem?

status 213 .... No Storage Unit Available
Have you verified that all your drives are UP?

Yes,
In the admin console, I've checked Media and Device Management >Device Monitor, all drives are showing UP....
The exact error reads:
Error nbjm(pid=3272) NBU status: 213, EMM status: Storage units are not available.
Error bpduplicate(pid=4388) status=no images were successfully processed.

Check of there is a robtest/tldtest remaining started on the media server, if you have used this command.
Either through the Console, Activity Monitor, Processes ... see something like tldtest, acstest ? depending on your robot type.
From command line, on the media server : vmps (from unix) or bpps (from windows).
Some activity locks access to your robot (assuming the configuration used to work and was not touch recently).
You need to kill the robtest if it's on. And remembre you are not supposed to run robtest during backup sessions.
