Please let me know path of log: recoveryportal.log
Failed to communicate with server using supplied auth token.Error:java.net.ConnectException:Connection refused

Looks like it might be /opt/SYMCnbvcPlugin/tomcat/logs/recoveryportal.log
I found this in our white paper:
I have no idea why we haven't documented this anywhere. :) I'll try to get that changed.

Please tell us what operation you are trying, version of Netbackup involved and operating system.

Seems we need to be physic and able to 'read between the lines'.
My guess is that Prajyot is trying to add/enable vCentre plugin and getting above error.
Google found this TN with reference to this log but does not say where to find this log: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH217805
Nicolai is right - give us much background of your issue as possible.

I need to know location of recoveryportal.log so that I can find cause of issue.
We are trying to install plug ins on Vcenter server and I am getting error as per technote given

Possibilities mentioned in above technote does not exsist at my end.
Let me know location of log.

Best is to log a Support Call with Symantec.
I have not been able to find any documentation regarding the location of this file.
