Backup Gets Stuck at 1%

Any idea why a backup would get stuck at 1%?

It doesn't happen on all workstations, just a few.

The leading cause of the imaging process getting stuck within 5% is VSS conflicts.  You may have to temporarily disable a VSS writer in order to resolve the conflict.
