I am getting a
"attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."
error when attempting to setup a LightsOut Restore option on a x64 2008 standard server. I have rebooted and moved the loctaion of the extracted .ISO but it all ends with the same error (at the very end of the install when it is attempting to save the session). Any ideas? I know the hardware in the server is good...
I am using BESR 2010 with all the latest updates.

Ok this is odd. I unchecked start network services and PCA and it installed no problem. Now I'm a bit stumped.

I wonder if it has to do anything with the network drivers. Ive installed more than a few servers without any added drivers, but perhaps a x64 server needs those x32 drivers to work properly. I'll be able to try more in a few days, but if anyone has been through this I'd love to know!
