I have used my backup disk to install SBS2003 on to a different PC after a server failure. The install has obviously worked as the CTRL ALT DEL for login is showing but the new PC only has USB ports for the keyboard and mouse and now that SBS2003 is running, neither mouse or keyboard is being recognised.
The mouse is OK in the BIOS but I cannot get past the SBS logon screen when SBS boots so I am completely stuck.
Presumably others have had this problem so any help would be gratefully received.

I only had this problem when doing a P2V migration. I needed to install the Integration Services, after that all worked fine. But since you don't do P2V, this is not applicable here. Have you thought about using terminal services to manage the server in between ?

Thank you for that information, unfortunately I cannot find the RAO anywhere when running the backup CD.
Perhaps I need a way of bypassing the logon screen and then allow SBS2003 to find the 'new hardware' - unlikely I expect.

Have you managed to get the keyboard running ?
