Win 2008 R2 - BESR 2010 - 9.01.36527 - Blue Screen - Reboot

I have a brand new configured Windows 2008 R2 DataCenter on a Dell R710 (12GB RAM, 15K SAS drives) running 10 HyperV virtual Servers all Windows 2003.  All of the Guest (Virtuals) are Running BESR 8.5 and all work fine.. other than the missed backups pop up that everyone else has.  With the Windows 2008 R2 on this Host machine we had to upgrade our License to 2010 in order to run BESR to back up our Host machine.  The Backup is configured to Run an independent weekly and incremental each day. We have not been able to get a successful backup of the host. When it is triggered to run, either manually of by the schedule, about 5 minutes after it starts to run, the machine automatically reboots as if it blue screens and restarts. We have made sure all the device drivers for the server are up-to-date and all the Windows/Microsoft/Symantec software is up-to-date.  All of the Virtual servers running version 8.5 on the same machine work fine.  We are backing up to a storage NAS that we have been using for several years without any problems.

Can anyone suggest something we can try,  I am getting worried a little in that we don;t have a backup of the host server which until we have a cluster built for fail over we really don't have a backup of our VHD files.

Thanks
WG Jason
