You can also use Backup Exec 2010 or 2012 (Upcoming version) or SSR 2011.

If you have only Windows Servers in your Environment you can go for 

Backup Exec 2010 - Latest Release is Backup Exec 2012.

If UNIX / Linux also in your environment:
