I'm looking for a powerful tool to fullfill legal requirement, as I find that Veritas has eDiscovery Platform & Discovery Accelerator.
May i know what is key diffenert between 2 products?

That's a very long discussion. Basically, eDP is a full EDRP solution with workflow, legal hold notices, analysis and review. DA was a forerunner, but it still has use as a quick search/analysis tool only for EV archives.
