I cannot get the deploy agent to install to a remote computer. What are some of the issues that could be causing this? I currently have 7 servers running the agent with no problems. I can ping this server I'm trying to deploy to as well.

I have a Dell Poweredge 750 server with raid with 2 18gb hard drives. I replaced the drives with 2 larger drives, configured the raid, but when I try and restore using BESR 7 I can get only as far as selecting my image, and the next step doesn't give...

    Can anyone tell me what the best procedure is for Upgrading from BESR 7 to BESR 8? Is it best to uninstall 7 from server and uninstall agents then do a fresh install of 8? Or is it okay to just upgrade over 7?
