searching file in netbackup catalog always returns "EXIT STATUS 227: no entity was found"

Will running "bpbackup -i" from the server and resuming a failed job via "bpdbjobs -resume" yield same result ?

Can bpdbjobs command be used to find the backup job failure code ?
