• What are the steps to setup  Random Sampling Compliance Accelerator 10 in few easy steps?

• How do we check that random sampling is capturing items? i.e. working properly? 

• How exactly random sampling works, what other settings effects random sampling such as policy?

Hey mate,

So, first thing is install the Journal Connector (JC)

Installing the Journaling Connector

and then you set up a Monitoring Policy for the Departments or Employees.

Editing the monitoring policy for employees and groups

Basically, the JC captures items throughout the day and then based on your monitoring policies will load those items into the review set at the set time.

This TN gives you a good idea of the various steps involved.  It is for troubleshooting the JC.
