I've recently upgraded to BE 12 from 11D and I am using AOFO for my backups. Under BE 12, I get an error 0xE0008538 saying that AOFO cannot be used as the drive is not permanently attached to the computer. It's not a cd drive, removable storage etc, it's a Cluster resource. Therefore I cannot backup my open files on the Cluster any more. How can I do this? I recently got rid of St Bernard Open File Manager in favour of BE own agents so I'm a little miffed it isn't working out of the box. It happens on both 2003 cluster nodes and both are using the latest BE12 agent for Windows Servers. What am I doing wrong?
