I am looking to see if SP4 added support for Server 2012 deduplicated volumes for GRT file level recovery. I tried backing up a VM running on ESXi 5.1, guest OS Server 2012 Standard x64 with a deduplicated volume. Backup Exec 2012 SP3 did not back up with GRT and I get the following exception:
V-79-57344-38763 - Volume 'E' is enabled for Windows Deduplication, which is not supported in this version of Windows. File-level recovery cannot be performed for this volume. Application-level recovery cannot be performed for this virtual machine.

...have you checked on the BE 2014 Beta page?

Otherwise drop COlin Weaver a PM and ask this question...
Thanks!

Server 2012 deduplicated volumes were not mentioned on the 2014 page. I'll shoot Colin a PM, thanks.
