Hi
Since the beginning of the week our exchange backups have been failing.
We are running Bexec 2014 (up to date) and exchange 2010 CU3 + hotfixes. However since Monday the duplicate job has begun to fail with the error:
Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup. Review job log for more information.
In the job log i get:
The original backup to disk works perfectly with no errors, it is only the duplicate job that fails.
Any advice to fix this,

Is the duplicate job set to run immediately or is set on a schedule ?

Hi
The duplicate job is scheduled to run straight after the backup to disk job.
However i will check the scheduling, as there are a number of duplicate jobs, and they could delay the gap between it being backed up to disk then duplicated
