Error Opening ..\NT\IDR\disk1\51SSETUP1.EN_

I am using Win2003Server with integrated SVP1.
I have installed SP 1 for rev 5484 and installed Hot Fix 23 as per #276540.

I as still receiving the same error message. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Which O.S CD are you using to create the IDR CD?
