Hey Backup Exec Gurus,
I am trying to restore a directory from tape, however the media that I need is on offline status. I see the tapes I need from the Job Setup menu, but they are on offline media status. How do I place these back online? Here's the error I get immediately: Restore ETP -- The job failed with the following error: Physical Volume Library Drive not found.
The Quantum library has the correct drivers and is online. Please HELP!
