Some, but not all users are experiencing issues with retrieving items from EV. The error they get is:
Could not show this item, Try again, If it still failes contact your Help Desk. An internal error occurred on the webserver. Error -2147023879 30-03-2012 10:45:17
Resetevclient etc run. I have granted myself access to one of the archives affected, and get the same error.
Trying to open the item from AE in webbrowser gives : GetOnlineAttachmentFileSize 0x800703FA

Restarted services, restarted IIS, reset IIS. There are no events in eventlog directly leading to a cause.
If anyone has an idea to research, I'd be gratefull.
